Brigitte Le Bris joined Natixis Asset Management in September 2010 as Head of Currency and Global Fixed Income. Prior to this she was holding the same position at Societe Generale Asset Management now Amundi; she successfully developed the expertise on Global Fixed, Absolute return and more specifically on Forex. Now, as the head of Fixed Income and FX Emerging Markets, Brigitte is responsible for the strategic focus on emerging markets at Natixis, and will be providing expertise on where the key fixed income emerging market trends currently lie and how you can capitalise on these.
Responsible for Portfolio Construction/Management and client service for bespoke portfolios managed on behalf of family offices and HNWIs. Head of Credit and Event Driven strategies. In 2015, Tim was listed as one of Financial News magazine’s “Top 40 under 40” in Hedge Funds . He is also a fund lead for the Stenham Credit Opportunities fund. During his time at Stenham, he has significantly enhanced the process for monitoring credit and fixed income markets, adding depth to the research in this sector. In 2013, he was instrumental in launching the Stenham Credit Opportunities fund. Prior to joining Stenham he was co-head of credit and fixed income strategies at Amundi Al, where he was instrumental in launching a credit focused fund of hedge funds. Prior to Amundi, he was a Director at Fitch Ratings, where he focused on credit ratings for financial institutions across a number of geographies. Tim qualified as a Chartered Accountant at Arthur Andersen and obtained his MA (Oxon) in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Jesus College, Oxford.
Christophe Heads up the fixed income desk in Paris for BNP Dealing Services, one of the largest fixed income European money managers, where they cover credit, money market, convertibles, ETF and equity derivative products. Recently, Christophe has undertaken an assessment of different TCA offerings to establish what model of TCA can benefit the BNP Dealing Services platform. He will be sharing his first-hand experience on the best methodologies for fixed income TCA, allowing you takeaway top tips on what to look for when assessing different TCA offerings.
José Maria Brandão de Brito. (Ph.D in Economics) has previously worked as an economist at the Monetary Authority of Macau and the Bank of Portugal. Currently he works at Millenniumbcp, the biggest Portuguese private banking group, as the institution’s chief economist after having held the position of head of financial markets research. He has published several papers in international refereed academic journals and op-eds in the Portuguese and international press, including the Financial Times and the Handelsblatt.
More recently, David’s clients, on both buy-side and sell-side, span areas as diverse as regulatory-driven futurisation in OTC interest rate space, efficiency changes in fixed income primary markets, a technology network utility-driven initiative in European credit markets, a global investment management company’s e-strategy, advising a regional savings and investment bank on ecommerce and regulatory reform strategy and influencing European fixed income market regulations for a new MTF trade association.

In her current role, Elizabeth directs ICMA's efforts with MiFID II/MiFIR bond trading regulatory obligations, and the structural changes that MiFID II is driving is at the core of this role. The focus is creating commercially viable best practices in bond market trading. As the MiFID II deadline approaches, Elizabeth will be sharing her specific knowledge around MiFID II and advise you on how you can best prepare your trading desk for the January 2017 deadline.
Gherardo Lenti Capoduri is Head of Banca IMI’s Market Hub. He started his career in Financial Control, before moving into Trading at Citigroup. Here he gained extensive experience of both trading and quantitative research, and from 1999 became heavily involved in trading platforms and specializes in online trading, electronic trading platform, and institutional investors sales in both brokerage & execution. Gherardo is board member of ASSIOM FOREX and holds a degree in Business Administration and Management at Bocconi University in Milan.
Brett has direct responsibility for five traders domiciled in Copenhagen. In Brett’s team, they are responsible for trading credit bonds, rates, CDS’s, IRD’s, repos, deposits and they manage money market portfolios, where they service several of Nordea’s portfolio managers scattered across the Nordic region. The overall goal of Brett’s team is to bring (and document) the best returns to their clients who have entrusted Nordea IM with their funds. Brett’s experience includes over two decades of European managerial sell-side experience - primarily in the interest rate derivative and bond space. Recently, Brett has been heavily involved with committees bringing various market participants together (Project Neptune, ICMA’s response on MiFID II to ESMA, and numerous pre-trade and trading platforms.)
Gareth Coltman joined MarketAxess in 2014 as Head of European Product Management and is responsible for the strategy, development and enhancement of MarketAxess’ European trading platform. Mr. Coltman was most recently Head of Product Management with Algomi, where he helped drive the firm’s product strategy in conjunction with both buy- and sell-side clients. Prior to this, Mr. Coltman was with ICAP from 2007 to 2012 where he held various roles including COO of BlockCross and Business Manager for European Credit. From 2002 to 2007, Mr. Coltman was with Reuters, most recently managing the development of the firm’s electronic trading data products. Mr. Coltman graduated with honours from the University of Birmingham with a BSc in Computer Science and Software Engineering.
As the Head of Fixed Income Execution covering France and UK, Yann is responsible for fixed income and OTC derivatives execution & Trading Developments for AXA IM, consisting of 11Paris Traders. He is working closely with his IT and compliance department to better align their approach to maximize trading efficiency. With his IT department, Yann was in charge to develop internal pricing and OMS tools to ensure pre- trade and post-trade checks. He has also been using AXA’s in-house version of TCA since 2008, which is now being deployed across Paris, London & Hong Kong He will be sharing his practical experience on TCA to help you implement a reliable TCA strategy for your Fixed Income Trading Desk.
Alun supports sales efforts by identifying product enhancements, 3rd party solutions and marketing campaigns. Previously, Alun was a senior business consultant for Charles River, responsible for meeting EMEA client requirements and assisting implementation consultants with workflow design and integration needs. Prior to joining Charles River, Alun held a variety of sales and consultant positions at Misys and SunGard Data Systems, served as a fund administrator for Morgan Grenfell Asset Management, and was a derivatives trader at the Nippon Credit Bank.
Javier possesses more than 25 years of experience in the investment industry, especially on the equity and fixed income markets where Javier is a pioneer developing investment products platforms in both markets. Javier is Managing Partner at Auriga Global Investors where oversees electronic trading division for equity and fixed income. On the equity side, Auriga has developed a trading engine with highest efficiency and lowest latency that allows Auriga to be one of the references on the Spanish equity industry. At the same time, Auriga is running the first and only Fixed Income online broker in Spain, where private banking and retail customers can find online trading solutions in the most liquid bonds of the world.
Patrick has been head of the Trading & Execution Desk at PGGM since September 2007. PGGM is the third biggest asset manager for pension funds in Europe with approximately € 200 billion AuM. Patrick is heading a team of professionals who can hold risk or act as an agent servicing 16 different teams of portfolio managers across all liquid asset categories. He is responsible for all relationships with financial counterparts and for all Front Office IT & facility related services. Next to this he is a member of the PGGM Allocation Committee who advise clients on long-term tactical adjustments to their investment portfolio. The last 2 years he has been co-heading the company’s IT department as well. Patrick holds positions at various committees and working groups (ECB FXCG, FEMR MPP, FMSB, BIS MPG, AFM/DNB and the ACI FXC. He is also an advisor to Tradetech (WBR), Tradingscreen SGX and Bloomberg FX. Prior to working at PGGM he started his career as a FX trader at ABN AMRO in 1995. After 6 years he joined ABP (nowadays APG) to set up the trading desk which resulted in a cross asset team of 13 people covering all assets. In 2006 he moved to Lehman Brothers in London to become part of a new proprietary desk running FX and Rates risk.
Olivier Gazzolo was appointed Global Head of FIC Credit in April 2012. He joined Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking in July 2006 as Head of the Investment Grade Cash business.
In 2008, Olivier was appointed as European Co-Head of Flow Credit Trading, and in 2009 Global co-head. In his role, Olivier has led the growth and development of the flow credit franchise in Europe, establishing it within the top 5 client rankings for IG Credit.
In addition, he has grown and strengthened partnerships with distribution, clients and syndicate, as well as, promoting the expansion of the platform into HY, the US and in Asia.
Olivier started his career as a Euro-Government trader for German and ECU bonds in 1995 at Louis Dreyfus Finance. He moved to a Credit role in 1997. In 2000, Olivier moved to Credit Agricole Indosuez, which became Calyon, where he set up the financial trading desk. In 2002, he was appointed as Head of the Financial and Covered Bond desk. In 2005, he was appointed as Head of European Credit.

Mike Googe is the global head of Bloomberg's post-trade transaction cost analysis (TCA) product. Based in London, he has led the roll out of the firm's multi-asset TCA capabilities, incorporating fixed income and foreign exchange to deliver trading cost transparency, actionable insight for trading decision support and trading compliance surveillance capabilities. His role includes development of absolute and relative benchmarks, cost de-composition and integration of results into the wider Bloomberg terminal.
Mike Googe joined Bloomberg in 2009 as a TCA product specialist. He has more than 30 years industry experience in trading, execution consultancy and product development.
Jonathan has significant experience in developing leading-edge electronic trading platforms. He founded an Electronic Crossing Network, MarketTouch, in 2000 funded by GNI and Old Mutual plc and is currently developing and launching a fixed income dark pool as part of his role as Head of Fixed Income at Liquidnet.
Prior to that he was Managing Director responsible for convertible bond sales, trading risk and research at Morgan Stanley. Jonathan began his career in financial markets when he joined Credit Suisse First Boston Limited. He has experience trading a variety of financial instruments including equities, options, credit and credit derivatives. Jonathan is a regular speaker at industry events and forums.
Paul Hamill is a Managing Director and Global Head of FICC at Citadel Securities. As such, he is responsible for the client facing fixed income market-making businesses, including interest rate swaps, government and corporate bonds, credit default swaps and cleared FX. Paul was previously a Managing Director and Global Head of FX, Rates and Credit Execution services at UBS, with responsibility for global futures execution, FXPB, and building the fixed income agency business which included the PIN (Price Improvement Network) corporate bond and CDS trading platform, and the Neo platform for SEF traded swaps. He has over 15 years of experience in financial services and has worked in London, Zurich, New York and Chicago, with experience across e-commerce, trading and sales.
Rebecca is considered to be one of Europe's leading industry voices on market structure, regulatory reform, and financial services technology. She has authored a plethora of qualitative research reports and commentary covering the impact of market regulation on all asset classes, changing market structure and developments in dark pools, HFT, and surveillance. She joined Liquidnet in July 2016 to use her 18 years' experience to collaborate and deliver research and insights for both the European equities and fixed income markets. Rebecca is also Co-Chair of the FIX Trading Community’s EMEA Regulatory Subcommittee dedicated to addressing real business and regulatory issues impacting multi-asset trading in global markets. She has held prior roles at TABB Group, Incisus Partners, the British Embassy in Bahrain, Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs International and Bankers Trust International.
Christoph graduated with a Diplom-Bankbetriebswirt, and has more than 20 years of international investment banking, trading and management experience, having worked for companies on the sell- and buy-side, most recently as Head of Execution Sales at Barclays Bank and at Alpha Trading.
Prior to this, Christoph was founder, partner and co-CEO/Head of Portfolio Management and Trading at Tungsten Capital Management, a hedge fund company (2005-2010). He was Head of Proprietary Equity Derivatives Desk at J.P. Morgan in London and Frankfurt from 1998-2004. Christoph began his career at Dresdner Kleinwort Benson in Cash Equity Trading.
Pasi joined Vanguard in January 2012, and is responsible for the European Fixed Income Index team. Prior to joining Vanguard, he worked as a Fixed Income Portfolio Manager at State Street Global Advisors and Danske Capital. He has over 10 years’ experience in the investment management industry and has an MSc (Econ.) from Helsinki School of Economics where he majored in Finance. Pasi is also a CFA charterholder.
Carl James is an influential buy-side dealer with 30 years’ experience in global multi-asset execution. He has operated successfully at various Global Asset management companies, including in Global Head of Dealing roles. He has overseen the management of more than £1 trillion of assets. Most recently, Carl has taken over as the Head of Fixed Income Trading at Pictet Asset Management. Carl’s experience stands out for its breadth – embracing every aspect of execution, and for its depth – including advising on regulation, risk, process and developing and implementing groundbreaking technology. Highly respected by both buy and sell-side, his opinions are sought by people at the highest level. He demonstrates the kind of vision and incisive, strategic thinking that have seen him inform change and progression for organisations and for the industry as a whole.
Carola is responsible for FI and FX trading within the Tradingdesk of Kempen Capital Management. Her team consists of 3 people in total (including myself).
She has been active in the Fixed Income sector for 20 years, in various roles and parts of the market, and have therefore experienced most of the situations women can find themselves in when trading FI. Next to that Carola a founding member of the women’s network that is being created at the moment within Kempen & Co.
David Krein joined MarketAxess as Head of Research at MarketAxess in August 2014. Mr. Krein is responsible for spearheading the firm’s market research and analysis for the institutional credit markets. MarketAxess Research leverages the firm’s extensive real-time and historical fixed-income trade data, as well as market data from FINRA TRACE and Trax®, to develop market insights that help inform trading and execution strategy. Mr. Krein joined MarketAxess from NASDAQ OMX Global Indexes where he was Head of Research. In this capacity, he led the research and development of index methodologies across asset classes, which were used as benchmarks for active and passive investment funds globally. Prior to this, he held a senior position in product development and analytics at S&P Dow Jones Indices. He also founded DTB Capital to develop trading and investment products for derivatives exchanges and the OTC marketplace within equity, commodity and multi-asset class portfolios. Before establishing DTB Capital, Mr. Krein spent more than 10 years in various trading, structuring and technology positions at leading investment banks, including UBS and Merrill Lynch. Mr. Krein has been an active member of the professional investment management and wealth management communities. He has spoken at key industry conferences, and has authored several articles for specialized publications including The Journal of Indexes, The Journal of Wealth Management and the Investment Management Consultant Association’s The Monitor. He is also a member of the Review Board for The Journal of Indexes. Mr. Krein earned an MBA with Honors from The University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering with Distinction from Cornell University.
Joined Deutsche AWM in 2013 with 19 years of industry experience. Prior to joining, Juan was Head of Fixed Income Trading at Fidelity Investments International, London. Previously, he served as Director of Credit Products, Capital Markets Division at Caja Madrid. Before, he was a Vice President in Debt Capital Markets at Santander Investments in New York and Madrid. Juan started his career in a management trainee program and corporate finance at BBVA in Madrid and New York

Formerly Global Head of Quantitative Research at Crédit Agricole Cheuvreux, and Head of Quantitative Research on Market Microstructure in the Equity Brokerage and Derivative Department of Crédit Agricole Corporate Investment Bank, he studied intensively the market microstructure evolution since the financial crisis and regulatory changes in Europe and in the US. He provided research and expertise on this topic to investors and intermediaries, and is often heard by regulators and policy-makers like the European Commission, the French Senate, the UK Foresight Committee, etc. He chairs the Index Advisory Group of Euronext, is a member of the Scientific Committee of the French regulator (AMF), and has been part of the Consultative Workgroup on Financial Innovation of the European Authority (ESMA).
Moreover, Charles-Albert is a visiting researcher at Imperial College, London. Charles-Albert received the 2016 Best Paper Award in Finance from Europlace Institute for Finance (EIF) and published more than fifty academic papers and book chapters. He co authored "Market Microstructure in Practice" (World Scientific Publisher, 2013), analyzing the main features of the modern market microstructure. He is one of the organizers of the "Market Microstructure: Confronting Many Viewpoints" biennial conference.
Simon Linwood joined MTS in 2012 and is responsible for European credit trading across all MTS markets and is also the head of MTS Data. Based in London, Simon is responsible for revenue, product development and strategy for MTS Credit and MTS Data. Simon has over 16 years experience in capital markets and financial services having started his career at JP Morgan in 1998 on the London repo desk and then moving to Credit Suisse where he worked on the Debt Capital Markets Syndicate desk for Supranational, Sovereign and Agency new issues. More recently, Simon was a one of the first employees at CapitalStructure, a start-up newswire company covering the European High Yield and Leveraged Loan markets.
Prior to this, Stéphane worked at JPMorgan Chase for ten years, serving in different roles in Global FX E-Commerce Business Management and cross-asset eCommerce technology. Stephane has a strong background in financial markets and understands the need for continued technological development to drive positive change in trading and market structure workflows. He is leading the ING Financial Market innovation strategy and also working on the implementation of financial regulations that will impact the clients trading activity and transform how the trading floor operates.
Stephane is also a board member for several eTrading market initiatives and associations. Since 2005 he has been active with the ACI Financial Market Association - an international non-profit organisation that represents the interests of market professionals in foreign exchange and money markets. Here, he has chaired the ACI FX committee and overseen the launch of the ACI Fixed Income committee, representing the views of professionals in these respective sectors.
Prior to joining Bluefin in April 2014, he worked for BlackRock iShares raising seed capital and spear heading market making and distribution initiatives with clients in the UK, Germany and Switzerland. Simon has also held equity sales and program trading roles at Tradition and Barclays Capital in London.
An associate member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI), Simon is a keen amateur rugby player and fan of English cricket. He Lives in Hertfordshire with his wife and three children.
Kevin McPherson is Global Head of Sales, responsible for managing the global investor client and dealer relationship teams. Mr. McPherson joined MarketAxess in 1999 as a Sales Representative running the West Coast sales and distribution effort. Prior to joining MarketAxess, Mr. McPherson worked within the Emerging Markets Fixed Income Group of Scudder Stevens & Clark where he traded EM fixed income securities, leveraged the group´s offshore mutual funds, and supported portfolio administration. Mr. McPherson began his career at State Street Bank & Trust as an accountant and auditor for fixed income and equities portfolios. Mr. McPherson received a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Maine.
Enrico Melchioni is Managing Director of LIST UK, a subsidiary of LIST, a company that designs and develops software solutions for multi asset, multi market electronic trading and brokerage. Enrico has been involved in a number of projects that use LIST technology to implement innovative electronic trading business logics for Fixed Income, Equity and Derivatives.
Before joining LIST, Enrico founded FMR Consulting, a software company dedicated to the development of quantitative solutions for Finance. In 2012 FMR was merged in LIST where Enrico continues his activity as quantitative Finance expert. In LIST, Enrico also heads Quant Lab a joint research laboratory with the econo-physicist of the Scuola Normale Superiore (Pisa) established to carry out market microstructure analysis.
Honor degree in Physics from the University of Pavia in 1987, Enrico begun his working career as a researcher in Space Physics at the Italian National Research Council. Since 1994, when FMR Consulting was started, Enrico has been working in the area of pricing, risk management, asset allocation and Algorithmic Trading.
Fabien Oreve is Global Head of Trading at Candriam Investors Group in Brussels since 2010. He manages a highly experienced execution desk centralizing orders from different business units and various locations. Candriam trading team is a fully integrated multi-asset desk working with one core order/execution management system across various global asset classes: equities, bonds, currencies and derivatives; it is balanced between individual expertise (equities, bonds) and multitasking (currencies, derivatives). Fabien’s priorities are to continue multi-asset integration, improve cooperation between traders, find liquidity optimally, use the most appropriate ways to trade different types of orders, strengthen transaction cost analysis, reduce the cost of execution and maintain a high level of trading efficiency for Candriam portfolio managers. The evolution of his desk towards a highly-efficient business unit was rewarded in 2014 and voted as the Multi-Asset Trading Desk of the Year in The Trade’s awards for excellence in buy-side trading. Prior to joining Candriam, he was Program Sales-trader at CA Cheuvreux in Paris. He graduated from Universite de Caen Basse Normandie, France, with a Master’s Degree in Banking & Financial markets.
Mr. Perryman joined the firm in 2009 and is responsible for all aspects of emerging markets fixed income trading, including cash bonds, currencies and derivatives. He was previously an emerging markets trader at the Standard Bank’s fund management division dealing with hard and local currency bonds, FX and CDS. Prior to that, Mr. Perryman served as a credit team’s portfolio analyst at Morley Fund Management and before that worked at the London Stock Exchange. He holds an Investment Management Certificate and a Diploma in Technical Analysis from the Society of Technical Analysts.
Imene Rahmouni-Rousseau is the Deputy Director for Market Operations at Banque de France. She oversees monetary policy operations, including the Eurosystem asset purchase programs, foreign exchange reserve management, and the provision of investment services to foreign central banks. She manages five divisions and a total of 100 persons, mainly based in Paris, and for a small part in New York. Regarding the Quantitative Easing programme of the Eurosystem, her Directorate directly conducts purchases for the Covered Bond Purchase Programme (CBPP), the ABS Purchase Programme (ABSPP), and the Public Sector Purchase Programme (PSPP). Her directorate also plays a lead coordinator role within the Eurosystem regarding the purchase of European institution bonds as part of the PSPP. In addition, Imene is directly involved in the design and governance of the programmes, working closely with the ECB and the other National Central Banks.
Imene was previously a member of the Financial Stability Board (FSB) Secretariat, at the Bank for International Settlements in Basel (Switzerland). There, she led the work on risks and vulnerabilities in the global financial system, as Secretary to the FSB Standing Committee on Assessment of Vulnerabilities (SCAV). She worked closely on financial regulation issues with FSB member institutions (central banks, bank and market supervisors, ministries of finance) from a range of 24 jurisdictions and international institutions.
He is the global head of fixed income and absolute return funds This is including 40act and UCITS vehicles. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan in 2011, he was working as a Portfolio Manager at Banque Privee Edmond de Rothschild. He headed their Fixed Income and Absolute Return fund research as well as their broader multi-manager team, developing expertise in High Yield, Leveraged Loans and Emerging Markets debt David was a member of the investment committee at BPERE and had built tailored asset allocation solutions for high net worth clients. He started his career at J.P. Morgan where he worked on the Masterswap desk. David holds a master’s degree in Finance from Audencia Nantes Business School and has attended the MBA program of Georgia State University in Atlanta, GA
As the head of FX and MM for AXA IM, the 2nd largest money manager in 2015, Lee covers both the Paris and London offices. After 10 years as an Investment Manager, Lee Sanders made the move to trading to help set up an execution function for FI and FX and MM and this has slowly been rolled out to a more a global role. Lee Sanders has embraced changes in e-commerce and market structure and by doing so has helped make the desks he manages more efficient. Lee will be sharing his expertise on what factors he feels will determine the success of new fixed income initiatives during his session on day 1.
Alex Sedgwick is a market structure analyst in Fixed Income Trading at T. Rowe Price. Mr. Sedgwick is responsible for performing custom research and analysis pertaining to market structure, liquidity, and trade cost/execution analysis across the various fixed income sectors. He is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc. Mr. Sedgwick has 14 years of investment experience, one of which has been at T. Rowe Price. Prior to joining the firm in 2014, he spent eight years at MarketAxess Corp. in New York, where he was most recently head of research.
Philip Simons has 30 years experience in the financial industry where he started life as a swaps trader before moving in to the clearing world, initially heading up the clearing business at UBS followed by Cargill. Philip later moved into the custody and collateral management space at J.P.Morgan before joining Eurex.
Philip initially joined as head of the Clearing Sales and Relationship Management Section and is now Global Head of Fixed Income Trading & Clearing Sales for Eurex covering both the Exchange and the Clearing House. Philip is responsible for building strong relationships with clients, attracting new trading and clearing members and promoting new products and services.

Jacco Verpoorte joined Flow Traders in 2006 as an ETF trader. After setting up and trading European Sector Equity ETFs for 4.5 years, he moved to our Emerging Markets Equity desk during spring 2011. During the summer of 2014, a position at the Fixed Income desk opened up and Jacco switched from trading Equity ETFs to Fixed Income ETFs within Flow Traders. Currently, his desk is market maker, liquidity provider and/or designated sponsor in over 1250 listings in Fixed Income ETFs on the major European Exchanges.
Erik Vynckier was co-opted to the Board of Foresters Friendly Society in 2016.
He was previously Chief Investment Officer at Alliance Bernstein responsible for asset management solutions to support the investment, capital management and product development of insurers.
Before, Erik managed with-profits and annuity funds at Scottish Widows Investment Partnership, improving risk/return with novel assets and derivatives overlays. Earlier, he managed the Group Risk Hub of Standard Life, hedging equity, interest rate and currency risks of with-profits and variable annuities. Before that, Erik worked at investment banks Credit Suisse First Boston and HSBC, in equity program trading, quantitative development and pension fund and insurance asset-liability management. Prior to his MBA, Erik held R&D, production and strategy positions in the petrochemical industry in France, Belgium, Germany, the US and the UK.
He has also founded and served as board member of www.hpcfinance.eu and www.bigdatafinance.eu, the European initiatives on high performance computing and big data analytics in Finance.
Erik graduated as Chemical Engineer at Universiteit Gent (Belgium) and completed his MBA at London Business School in 2000.
James Wallin is a Senior Vice President in AllianceBernstein’s Fixed Income group. Prior to joining AllianceBernstein, Wallin was at Morgan Stanley Investment Management, Evergreen Asset Management Corp. as Senior Counsel and Yamaichi Capital Management Inc., where he served as General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer. Prior to working at Morgan Stanley, Wallin also worked in the legal department of The Dreyfus Corporation and with the law firm of Cole and Dietz. He also had been with Alliance Capital previously, from 1982 to 1986. He is a member of the New York Bar and a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales.
Qinwei Wang is a macroeconomist with Global Asset Allocation Research team and is based in the Pioneer Investments’ London office. He joined in 2014.
Qinwei mainly covers Emerging Markets in Multi Asset Investments, supporting Multi-Asset Portfolio Managers in Milan, Dublin and Munich. He also supports London Portfolio Managers in Emerging Markets equity and Fixed Income. His main focus is on China, Korea and Taiwan.
He has been an economist since 2007, with experience in a range of sectors, including emerging economies to commodity markets. Qinwei began his career as a central banker at People’s Bank of China in 2007, moving in 2010 to Capital Economics, a macro research firm.
Qinwei holds PhD in Economics from University of Cambridge. He also received MSc. in Economics from the London School of Economics and B.A. in Economics from Nankai University, China.
Herb is Managing Director, Global Head of Buy Side Product Strategy and Marketing at Ipreo. He is responsible for the firm's Buy Side Initiative to extend Ipreo's Capital Markets solutions to the institutional investor community. Ipreo provides an integrated set of tools and services to optimize buy-side participation in the new issue process. Herb has 22 years of financial technology experience. Prior to joining Ipreo, he spent over seven years at Bloomberg where he was a Global Product Manager focused on Buy Side Trading Solutions. Herb has also held technology leadership positions at several sell-side investment banks.
Prior to joining BGCP, he was most recently the Global Head of Hedge Fund Sales and Client Development at the CME Group where he oversaw their successful entry into the cleared interest rate swap market for the Buyside. He also spearheaded internationalization at the exchange, significantly growing their client-facing presence in London, Hong Kong and Singapore. During his tenure at the CME, the exchange significantly grew it's percentage of electronically executed contracts as he focused on technology and the evolving demand for robust connectivity across platforms and technologically savvy market participants.
During his 25-year career in Finance, Mr. Winter has also held management and front office positions at Merrill Lynch, D. E. Shaw & Co., and KBC Financial Products.

INTERNATIONAL SWAPS AND DERIVATIVES ASSOCIATION, INC. (ISDA)
Mark Gheerbrant is ISDA’s Head of Risk and Capital. He has thirty years of experience in the derivatives markets covering trading, risk management and capital management.
Prior to joining ISDA in April 2014, Mr. Gheerbrant had a number of roles in risk and capital management including Global Head of Portfolio Risk at Commerzbank and Head of Capital Management at Standard Bank. His extensive trading experience covers a variety of products and markets, including seven years at Rabobank where he was Global Head of Markets.
Mr. Gheerbrant has served on numerous board committees including the Executive Committee of Standard Bank plc, the Group Risk Management Committee and Capital Management Committee of Rabobank Group.
Mr. Gheerbrant has a first class degree in Engineering, an MBA and is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Corporate Treasurer.
Under his leadership, his teams pioneered a number of market leading electronic trading platforms including DB Autobahn, UBS Wealth Management/Investment Bank Connectivity Hub in addition to introducing the first algorithmic pricing tools in Corporate Bonds.
Michael holds a degree in Economics from University of Dusseldorf.
